These are existence marketed when Actos® per pharmaceutical companies Takeda and Eli Lilly.
Rather more thiazolidinediones, its mechanism of action is by activation the intracellular receptor class of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs), specifically PPARγ.
